Honestly, I love AvP3 only for the Alien campaign. It's the only part of the game which is worth paying for. It is a real evolution to the previous games, while Marine is a total letdown, and Predator is just passable. But the Alien chapter is just the best in the series.
This is such a goated game. Not just the visuals, but also the gameplay and sounds are amazing. The campaign is a lot of fun, especially the Alien one. I loved how they handled the Alien movement, you could jump and run on walls, which was very disorienting at first, but with time and practice, it felt amazing. The online multiplayer was also a blast. Well, unless a Predator lasered you from far away... Melee combat felt really impactful, and some of the maps, like the pyramid, were amazing. I still remember playing this with my girlfriend. Amazing game. I hope we can actually get a port on GOG with multiplayer functionality and, hopefully, not blocked in Germany like it was back then...
I feel like AVP 2010 got an underserved amount of hate upon release. It's nice to see that opinions have begun to trend more positively as there's a lot to love here. Great graphics, stellar animations, and an almost unprecedented level of gore. Hope to see it on GOG one day. I imagine the extensive Steam works integration might prove a challenge.
habe mir das spiel damals zum realase gekauft ist bis heute das einzige AVP für mich was grafik gamplay und spannung so gut kombiniert die alien kampange ist bischen kuri aber perfekt um sie mal bei langerweile zu spielen . Ich finde dieses spiel hätte seinen platz hier rechtmässig verdient
This is a great game and we desperately need another avp game. And yes, like other people are saying, the xeno campaign is easily the best part of this game. The predator campaign is also enjoyable, but nowhere near as good as the xeno one. It would be amazing to see this game here and drm free.
This game was so underrated back in the day when it was released but in fact is a true masterpiece. The graphics, the sound, the plot and jump scares are something truly awesome. The game was made with love. And in that time i was unable to leave home due to a natural disaster in the city that i was living in and this game was my company for so many days. It really means something. Please put it back on for us to buy and play.

Resident Evil ZeroResident Evil Zero is a third-person survival horror video game and a prequel to the first Resident Evil. The gameplay remains largely the same as previous entries in the series but also introduces what it calls a partner zapping system, which allows you to switch between the two characters Rebecca and Billy at any time. Resident Evil: Deadly SilenceResident Evil: Deadly Silence is an enhanced version of the original Resident Evil for the Nintendo DS port. It was made to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the series. Toshiaki Mori provided promotional artwork during the release of the game, including cover art.
Deadly Silence includes a "Classic Mode", the original game with minimal enhancements and touch-screen support, and a "Rebirth Mode", containing a greater number of enemies and a series of new puzzles that make use of the platform's specifications.
The game makes use of the dual screen display with the top screen used to display the map, along with the player's remaining ammunition and health (determined by the color of the background); while the bottom screen displays the main action, and can be switched to show the player's inventory. The DS version also includes updated play mechanics: the 180-degree turn introduced in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, along with the knife button and tactical reload from Resident Evil 4. The updated controls are applicable to both Classic and Rebirth modes. Dialog and loading screens can now be skipped. The live-action footage was still censored, even in the game's Japanese release; however, the scene showing Kenneth's decapitated head was kept.
In "Rebirth", new puzzles are added that use the system's touch-screen. "Knife Battle" sequences, viewed from a first-person perspective, are also added, in which the player must fend off incoming enemies by swinging the knife via the stylus. One particular puzzle requires the player to resuscitate an injured comrade by blowing into the built-in microphone. The player can also shake off enemies by using the touch screen, performing a melee attack.
The game also includes wireless LAN support for up to four players with two different multiplayer game modes. The first is a cooperative mode in which each player must help each other solve puzzles and escape the mansion together. The other is a competitive mode in which the objective is to get the highest score out of all the players by destroying the most monsters, with the tougher monsters being worth more points. Resident Evil OutbreakResident Evil Outbreak is a survival-horror game released exclusively for the PlayStation 2. The gameplay is similar to the previous Resident Evil games and consists mainly of exploring, solving puzzles, finding items and surviving.
